  1. Campers are not allowed to substitute Chinese (8:30-11:30am) and conversation classes (7:00-8:00pm in youth program, 2:30-3:30pm in adult program). Any other times are allowed including cultural classes, sports, activities, sightseeing/visits, free time, movie night, even the culture-enhancing trip. You may also utilize the mornings if you are an early-bird.
  2. Specialty courses are only provided in the above packages. For example, calligraphy course is provided at 8 hours, or 16 hours (2 packages).
  3. If campers substitute sightseeing and travel time for a Specialty course, SLG will refund partial travel costs. Please contact SLG for the exact refund amount. No refund for substitution of any other classes.
  4. Arts and Sports classes can be provided as private, semi-private or tri-private. That is, one instructor teaches 1 to 3 campers.
  5. If there is no other student signs up for tri- or semi- for the same class in your session, you will need to change to private class or cancel it.
  6. The prices of Arts classes include learning materials such as paper and brushes.
  7. Tennis, badminton and swimming coaches are professional. Prices include using of tennis court, badminton court and swimming pool. Students are expected to bring their own swimming suits. The camp provides free tennis and badminton rackets and balls, but students can bring their own rackets if they want.
  8. Please indicate clearly on application form (or in other writing format: email or letter) what classes you want to substitute or what time (other than class time) you want to use for taking the Specialty courses.
